Zoomies Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Zoomies, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. License to Use

Solivar Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app
• Use automated tools to manipulate gameplay
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior

3. Gameplay and Leaderboards

Some apps include global leaderboards. We may:

• Remove fraudulent, manipulated, or suspicious scores
• Reset leaderboards or modify scoring systems
• Suspend or restrict leaderboard access when misuse is detected

Leaderboard positions are not guaranteed to be permanent.

4. Advertising

Our apps may include third-party advertisements. In Zoomies, ads are currently used as optional rewarded experiences. We are not responsible for content, offers, or external websites linked through ads.

If in-app purchases are introduced in the future, purchases will be processed through the relevant app store provider, and refunds will be handled according to that store's refund policies.

5. Updates and Service Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue app features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all devices or operating system versions.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zoomies after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, including code, visuals, characters, game design, audio, and logos, is owned by Solivar Studios and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy or distribute this content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or universal compatibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solivar Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or device-related issues arising from use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
