Solivar Studios ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Zoomies mobile application and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to Zoomies.

By using our applications, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Solivar Studios does not:

• Require user accounts
• Collect names, email addresses, or contact details inside the app
• Store uploaded images on Solivar Studios servers
• Operate personal-data cloud databases for player profiles

Uploaded images (where applicable) are processed and stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to Solivar Studios.

3. Information Collected Through Third Parties

Zoomies uses trusted third-party services for analytics, advertising, and online features. These services may process data under their own privacy policies.

A. Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

Firebase Analytics helps us understand app usage and improve gameplay.

Firebase may collect:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage events (sessions, gameplay events, feature interactions)
• Crash and performance-related signals when diagnostics are enabled
• Country-level location and anonymous identifiers

We use this information in aggregated form and do not use it to directly identify individual players.

B. Advertising (Unity Ads)

Zoomies uses Unity Ads for rewarded ad moments (for example, optional continue or custom-pet upload flow rewards). We do not run mandatory interstitial ads in Zoomies.

Unity Ads may collect:

• Device identifiers and technical device information
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks, completion events)
• Approximate location (for example, country-level)

This data is used for ad delivery, fraud prevention, ad measurement, and service improvement.

C. Leaderboards (Unity Gaming Services)

Global leaderboards may use Unity services and may store:

• Anonymous player identifiers generated by Unity systems
• Scores and gameplay performance statistics

Solivar Studios does not require personal player accounts for leaderboard participation.

D. Lawful Basis for UK/EU Processing

For UK/EU data protection purposes, we rely on legitimate interests as the lawful basis for processing anonymized analytics and service-operation data to improve gameplay, maintain reliability, and protect service integrity.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Solivar Studios does not run its own backend database for player personal data. Third-party providers process and retain data according to their own retention schedules and legal obligations.

No cloud save system is provided by Solivar Studios for personal player data.

In Zoomies, uploaded custom pet images are saved locally on your device storage and are not uploaded to Solivar Studios servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Zoomies is designed to be family-friendly but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through a third-party service used in Zoomies, please contact us so we can investigate.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including the UK and EU), you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing of data managed by third-party providers.

Because Solivar Studios does not store personal player accounts, many requests may need to be directed to the relevant third party (such as Firebase or Unity). For help, contact us.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps when selecting service providers and rely on industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will appear on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
